Our commitment to fair play and integrity is absolute.

All members and participants of The Online Photo Club must adhere to the following terms and conditions. Submissions must be entirely the original work of the person submitting them, and you must hold all rights to the photograph. Images should be in JPEG format, with a maximum file size of 5MB and a minimum resolution of 2000 pixels on the longest side. Excessive digital manipulation that drastically alters the original photograph (excluding standard cropping, exposure correction, and color grading) is prohibited. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, or the posting of inappropriate content in the gallery or chat room.

By submitting your entry, you grant The Online Photo Club a non-exclusive license to display the photo within the contest gallery and on the club's homepage if selected as a winner. You retain full copyright ownership of your work. Contest voting is restricted to one vote per member, and any attempt to inflate votes through fraudulent means will lead to immediate disqualification and potential account suspension. All decisions made by the club administrators regarding rule interpretation, disqualifications, and winner selection are final. We encourage fair play and respect for all artists' work to maintain the integrity of our community.

Originality Must be the sole work of the submitter.

Max File Size 5 Megabytes (MB).

Watermarks Not permitted (must be removed before submission).

Community & Conduct Rules

  • Respect: Be constructive and respectful in all communications.
  • No Spam: Do not use the chat or submission description for commercial promotion.
  • Voting Integrity: One vote per person per contest. Fraudulent voting is prohibited.
  • Enforcement: Violations may lead to temporary or permanent bans from the club.
